Homer is definitely the class clown here at Kindness Ranch! At only a year old, this 90-pound boy can be a lot to handle, but we know he can learn his manners quickly. He loves to romp and play in the yard with the other big dogs and seems to like to leap into the air â whether over a bump in the ground or over another dog - and since heâs all legs and head, it is quite the sight to see! He has been friendly with all of the new people heâs met (even the vet!) and shows a lot of interest in new dogs, though his rambunctious nature and size have kept him from playing with the little ones so far. He is getting comfortable with his crate, and will usually curl up and sleep through the night without a fuss, and he also took to walking on a leash fairly easily. He can get a little shy in new places, but since he spent many of the first months of his life in a research lab, this is to be expected. With some TLC and experienced, confident adopters, Homer will make an amazing family pet that will turn heads everywhere he goes!
